MeetingTool – Zoom Integration Guide

Overview

MeetingTool is a native macOS application that integrates with Zoom to help users view upcoming meetings and manage meeting-related notes.

Requirements

• macOS 12 or later
• A Zoom account

How to Connect Zoom

1. Launch MeetingTool on macOS.
2. Click Connect Zoom Account.
3. You will be redirected to Zoom in your browser.
4. Review the requested permissions and click Authorize.
5. After authorization, you will be redirected back to MeetingTool.

How to Use Zoom Features

After connecting your Zoom account, you can:

• View upcoming Zoom meetings
• View meeting details
• Take text notes and voice notes
• Generate AI-powered summaries based on your own notes
• Join meetings using the Zoom client

How to Disconnect Zoom

1. Open MeetingTool settings.
2. Click Disconnect Zoom.
3. Zoom access will be revoked immediately.

Data Usage & Privacy

MeetingTool does not access Zoom meeting audio, video, or recordings. AI features operate only on user-generated content. Zoom access tokens are stored securely and can be revoked at any time.
